Beneficiary is a 11 year old boy currently studying in 6th standard in Chennai, Tamilnadu. His father died in an accident when he was a week old. The beneficiary is living with his mother and grand father.
His mother is a tailor and doesn't have a regular income and her father-in-law works as a supervisor in a residential complex. She told that her ambition in life is to provide a good education to his son.
The goal amount is Rs.3225 which is his 1st term school fee for this academic year and the due date is 15th June 2014. A late payment fee of Rs.10 will be collected for each day after the due date.
We are also talking to the school management and trying to waive some amount explaining the students family condition.
He was referred to us by a supporter. Our champion visited his home and found that the living condition is very poor. With irregular income they cannot consistently afford the fees and provide good education to this kid.
